ABOUT SHARE YOUR TRUTH: COMMUNITY FEEDBACK INITIATIVE
Share Your Truth is NCFST’S newly launched community feedback mechanism that seeks to provide an outlet for the FNMI community to share their stories and experiences about the Child and Family Wellbeing services received from our agency. We want your voice to be heard, amplified, and included in our progress toward improving the quality of care we provide, and we want to ensure that we hold ourselves accountable to the community we serve through this initiative.
HOW WILL WE MAKE THIS HAPPEN?
Every year on the first day of Ziigwan (Spring), we will open the Share Your Truth Caregiver and Youth Surveys to community participation for 8 weeks. Once the surveys close, your responses will be analyzed by our Quality Assurance and Decolonization Outcomes Measurement (QAD) Team and published as a report on our website by September 30 of the same year.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
The Share Your Truth surveys are anonymous, and your responses can only be accessed by the QAD Team.

- Are you 16-29 years old?
- Do you have experience as a child or youth in care at NCFST?

CAREGIVER SURVEY ELIGIBILITY
- Are you a caregiver (not including customary, kinship, or foster caregivers) with an open or closed Child and Family Well Being File?
- Did you receive ongoing services from NCFST for at least 60 days?
