Summer Camp Programs 

At Native Child and Family Services of Toronto, Summer Camp programs give Aboriginal children, families, and youth the opportunity to learn about their culture and have a positive sense of personal identity and belonging.

The camps provide a safe environment with trained camp counsellors. Staff is carefully chosen to act as positive role models for our campers. They are fully trained in First Aid and CPR and enthusiastically deliver dynamic programs to all camps.

Campers will learn a variety of cultural, recreational and leadership skills as they build confidence and make new friends!

Day camp programs will be offered on-the-land in alignment with the Government of Ontario, Toronto Public Health and Ontario Camps Association safety provisions. A guide will be provided to families in their welcome package with further details.

Camp applications for 2023 will be available April 17, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. (EST)
DEADLINE to apply is April 30, 2023.

Help with applications is available at 30 College, Mt. Dennis, Malvern and Galloway sites. Please email [email protected] to request support.

Please note: Applications submitted may not be accepted due to numbers, selection criteria. Parent/Guardian/Resource will be notified of application status via email by May 16.

  • Children Camp – for ages 07 to 09 years old – August 21 to August 25
  • Pre-Teen Camp – for ages 10 to 12 years old – July 31 to August 4
  • Leaders in Training (Teen) Camp – for ages 13 to 15 years old – July 17 to July 21
