After Hours Help Line is available for community members who require mental health support outside of the agency's regular hours. We are Here to Help! 416 945 0194 Monday - Friday from 5PM-12AM Weekends & Stat Holidays from 9AM-12AM.
This is a writing group that will teach you the artistic ways of writing. Learn to express your imagination! It is open to Indigenous Youth ages 16-24 years old.
Coping Skills Circle
Join us s we focus on skill building for wellness and learn about the many ways counselling can be supportive to our physical, spiritual, and mental health. Open to community members 18+ and will have 15-20 participants.
Ojibwe Language Lessons
Come join us for weekly sessions to learn the Ojibwe language. This is suitable for all ages and beginners.

Fun and engaging programming to express ourselves through music, dancing and movement! Open to caregivers and their children ages 0-6 years old.
Healthy Together (Children’s Health Program)
Join this virutal health program for caregivers and their children ages 0-6 years old. Sessions include: exercise, cooking, and a nutrition focused activity.
A program for females ages 7-12 years old. There will be materials provided and something fun for everyone to enjoy!

VOYCE (Visionaries of Youth Community Engagement) is open to Indigenous Youth ages 13- 24. The Next Steps Speakers Series allows you to meet virtually and learn from them.
