Aboriginal Childcare Centres
Our Aboriginal Childcare Centres are licensed by the City of Toronto Children Services division. Fee subsidies are accepted and priority is given to Aboriginal children.
Each Aboriginal Childcare Centre offers:
- Quality Aboriginal programming 5 days a week
- Qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators
- Nutritious snacks and lunch on full day programs
- A nurturing and holistic environment
- Culturally responsive curriculum
- The option to attend Aboriginal Head Start
Dundas Before and After Care
(Full-Day Kindergarten)
Children attending the full-day kindergarten at Dundas Junior Public School or First Nations School may be provided with licensed care from 7:00am to the start of class time, and after school until 6:00PM. This program also offers licensed care on PD days and school holidays including summer and Christmas break.

Scarborough Aboriginal Child and Family Life Centre
This licensed centre for children 0 to 6 years offers 56 subsidized and fee paying spaces.
This centre is one of the newest community integration leaders, co-located with a continuum of multi-generational support services such as After-School Programs, Youth and Community Programs.
