Introducing our Annual Report 2025-2026

As we reflect on 40 years of service to community, we honour the living story of Native Child and Family Services of Toronto, founded in 1986 through four days of ceremony on the Land. Born from the intention of providing healing and wellness support to FNIM community members in Toronto experiencing the ongoing impacts of colonial violence and intergenerational trauma, our work has always been guided by the understanding that every Indigenous person has the right to wholistic, culturally specific supports that honour self-determination and sovereignty. Today, we work with humility and deep respect in kinship with more than 250 FNIM communities across a diverse range of child, youth and family programs.

We graciously invite you to learn about our most recent chapter, the 2025-26 year in service. The pages that follow highlight a year grounded in renewing our commitment to Spirit, honouring the sovereignty of the Nations we serve, and enhancing program delivery to best serve FNIM children, youth and families through an ever changing political and environmental landscape.
