After Hours Help Line is available for all community members who require any mental health support outside of the agency's regular hours. Holistically trained staff are here to help. Supports they provide are Counselling, Safety Planning, Crisis De-escalation, Suicide Prevention, Referrals to Supports, and Information Sharing.
